Privacy Policy

Fluxe is a local-network utility that reconnects factory-reset Wemo smart home devices to your Wi-Fi. This policy explains what data the app touches and, just as importantly, what it doesn't.
No accounts, no backend
Fluxe has no server. There is no sign-up, no account, and no data sent to us or to any third party by the app itself. All device setup happens directly between your iPhone and your Wemo device over your local Wi-Fi network.
What stays on your device
- Wi-Fi network name and password you enter are sent directly to your Wemo device over the local network to configure it. They are not transmitted anywhere else and are not stored by the app after setup completes.
- Device information (name, model, IP address) for devices you've set up is stored locally on your iPhone so you can manage them later.
- Diagnostic logs (technical details about a setup attempt, for troubleshooting) are stored locally on your device only. They are never transmitted automatically. If you use the "Export Latest Log" feature, you choose where that file goes (e.g. attaching it to an email to us) — we only see it if you send it to us yourself.
Purchases
Credit packs are purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system (StoreKit). Payment details are handled entirely by Apple; Fluxe never sees your payment information.
Permissions the app requests
- Local Network — required to discover and communicate with Wemo devices on your Wi-Fi.
- Wi-Fi Information — required to read your current network name and to join a device's temporary setup network.
Fluxe does not use these permissions to track you, and does not collect location data.
No analytics, no tracking
The app does not include third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs of any kind.
